Return and Refund Policy
At Monsters Town, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. That’s why we’ve designed our returns policy to be simple and transparent. If something doesn’t go to plan, our dedicated customer service team is here to help set things right.
Return Window
We accept returns within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original or equivalent packaging. If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged please email us at contact@monsterstown.com with photos and details of the issue to begin the return process. The item must be returned in its received condition, without alterations or further damage.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your address details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete customer input.
LOST IN TRANSIT
While we work closely with trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, occasional delivery delays or losses may occur. If your order has been declared “Lost In Transit,” we will gladly re-ship your order at no additional cost.
If you believe your parcel has been stolen, please report it to your local courier service and file a police report as necessary.
